The layout of the breakfast area feels more like a banquet hall than a cozy dining space, catering awkwardly to larger groups instead of couples. The air conditioning in the rooms is super loud and uneven, making sleep a bit of a challenge. While the corner bath looks impressive, showering is a disaster without a curtain. Plus, there's no coffee-making setup in the room, and housekeeping isn’t automatic anymore, which adds a touch of inconvenience. The absence of a proper restaurant within the hotel limits dining options, which can be frustrating.

The location is a gem, just steps away from the Old Bazaar where I found delightful Turkish kebabs and the Old Town Brewery serving craft beers. Breakfast each morning featured excellent corn flakes and a great selection! Plus, the views from the rooftop bar were simply breathtaking, making evenings there a must.
So, it was advertised as a 5 star hotel, but let's be real. it's more like a 3 star experience. There’s no restaurant service—seriously, where's the basic dining? This place can’t seem to decide on its soundproofing either. I was jolted awake by competing mosque calls at 5 AM. Oh, and can someone please switch up that 8-song playlist on repeat?

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town and close to the bustling Turkish bazaar. The rooftop sky bar offers stunning views and is a perfect spot to unwind with a drink, especially during sunset. The reception staff were truly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious with a comfortable layout. The mini bar had reasonably priced options. the room had a few drawbacks. The air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy and not very effective on one side, making it hard to sleep comfortably. The presence of glass panels on the bathroom door felt awkward, offering minimal privacy. Basic amenities like a kettle or coffee machine were missing. Breakfast left something to be desired. although served with a view, it felt more like a wedding buffet, lacking freshness and variety. there's great potential here with some minor adjustments!

We had a great time staying here with our group of friends! The location is fantastic, right by the old bazaar, and the rooftop bar offers stunning views. The breakfast was decent, but the best part was the warm welcome from the staff who made our stay enjoyable. Totally recommend it!
I found the air-conditioning in our room to be quite noisy, which affected our sleep quality. It was a bit challenging to get a good night's rest because of this.

would love to come back here some time
The room was spacious with a seating area, mini bar, and flat-screen TV. Loved the private bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The air conditioning was effective, and there were chocolates on the bed! The spa facilities included a fitness center, hot tub, and indoor swimming pool. Nice view from the upper floors.
